1. Item(S) in the amicoshoppingmall website are to be purchased on installment or a buyer who desires to outrightly may select pay now.
2. All orders for purchase are subject to approval.
3. Buyers may not be able to change his or her chosen installment plan.
4. The installment plan allows a buyer to pay for an order in equal consecutive installment desire, even numbers of weeks or months, e.g. 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months etc., any duration for payment as chosen by a buyer must run its course. Once a payment plan has been approved it cannot be changed.
5. Installment plan attract no processing fee, additional cost or hidden charges but processing fee chargeable by items will be delivered if buyers complete his/her payment by payment gateway service providers is applicable also the calculated delivery fee for ordered items shall be paid by the buyer before ordered are processed for delivery
6. Buyers are liable to pay for the delivery of items ordered before delivery of the ordered items will be processed.
7. To subscribe to an installment plan in the amicoshoppingmall website, buyers is required to;
  • Register (if already registered then sign into your account).
  • Once logged in, all available items are listed in the amicoshoppingmall website.
  • Browse through the listed items and select your desired items.
  • Follow the prompts to choose your installment plan and provide other required details, then proceed to start your installment.
    • 8. To complete all installment payment before giving out any items ordered. 9. Failure to pay an installment sum on or before the due date entitles amicoshoppingmall to terminate an active installment plan and the moneyalready paid will be refunded less amount equal to 15% of the total installment sum already paid, including the initial deposit if there is any. No refund shall be made earlier than 30days from the date which the termination of the installment plan is been made 10. Buyers must ensure that each payment shall be made on or before the due date in order to successfully complete the installment plan and receive the ordered item according to the terms and condition. 11. Buyers may request to have the installment plan terminated at any time. Refund of any payment made prior to the termination date is refundable.

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

    To be eligible to subscribe to the installment plan a buyer must:
    1. Be a register user of the amicoshoppingmall website
    2. Be 18 years old and above.
    3. Be a citizen of Nigeria and a resident of Nigeria.
    4. Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
    5. Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number
    6. Have a duly registered and can electronically verify any of:
  • National identification card clearly shows the national identification number (NIN) of the holder
  • Bank verification number(BVN)
  • Provide a valid delivery address in Nigeria
  • Be an authorized holder of an eligible nairadebit/Mastercard or any other card valid for payment andmust have the authority to use the payment methodprovided.
  • Must be willing to have the payment card details added tohis or her account for payment automation.
  • Must live or work at an electronically verifiable address.
    • 7. Buyer must ensure that each payment shall be made on or beforeits due date in order to successfully complete the installment plan and receive the ordered items according to the terms andcondition herein contained. Failure to make any payment as andwhen due shall amount to automatically terminate installment plan without any recourse to the buyer whose installment planwas terminated. Buyer further understand that refund of any payment made priorto the termination date is refundable less an amount equal to 15% of the total installment sum already paid including the initial deposit.
